Shameless returns with 3 million viewers

Shameless returned to Channel Four last night for its eighth series and proving the drama could still attract audiences it was seen by 3 million viewers.

 

Shameless returned to Channel Four last night for its eighth series. The eighth drama kicked off with the return of Frank’s (David Threlfall) ex-wife Monica (Annabelle Apsion) who returned to Chatsworth determined to prevent his marriage to Libby (Pauline McLynn). The return of Shameless to Channel Four had an impressive 3 million viewers.

 

Shameless continues tonight on Channel Four at 10pm.
