Stefan Booth confirms EastEnders return

BBC{jcomments off}Stefan Booth has confirmed he’ll be returning to BBC One soap EastEnders for a brief stint.

Booth’s character of Greg Jessop left Walford earlier this month after discovering his wife Tanya (Jo Joyner) had been cheating on him with her ex husband Max Branning (Jake Wood). Speaking to Inside Soap magazine the actor confirmed that Greg will return to Walford briefly.

“There are still so many questions that need answering after the big reveal. I can’t tell you too much but the door was always left open for Greg to return – and he does.” – Stefan Booth speaking to Inside Soap magazine

The actor revealed that beyond his return to EastEnders he’s got several new projects lined up including several films and panto this year in Birmingham. Prior to joining EastEnders the actor had played Jamie Nash in Hollyoaks between 2001 and 2003 and gay cop Sgt Mark Rollins, on a recurring basis, in The Bill between 2004 and 2005. He also took part in Dancing on Ice in 2006 and appeared in the BBC One drama The Silence last year.
