Obsessive Compulsive special for Channel 4

Obsessive Compulsive Hoarder will return later this year for a special follow-up programme to see how the life of one hoarder has changed.

Channel 4 will return to the extraordinary home of Richard Wallace whose hoarding habits have spread across millions of pounds-worth of property. Filming will take place over a six-month period and will follow Wallace and his community as they continue to tackle his overflowing home and examine how his life has changed.

The one-off documentary which aired last year as part of the Cutting Edge strand attracted over 4 million viewers. Commissioning editor Mark Raphael said: “Richard’s story really connected with our audience and there was a desire to find out what happened next. Happily we’re able to follow the next chapter in this remarkable story.”
