The Fixer returned to ITV1 last night for the opening instalment of its second series but hardly got off to a flying start with less than four million viewers watching the drama. The episode averaged 3.8 million viewers and while it did attract 4.3 million viewers to begin with the figure quickly dropped as viewers switched off. However, while disappointing the drama did manage to beat a repeat of Traffic Cops on BBC One which mustered 3.6 million.
