Michaela McManus joins Nomads

 

CWEntertainment Weekly are reporting that former One Tree Hill/Law & Order: SVU actress Michaela McManus has signed up for a role in The CW’s new spy series, Nomads.

 

CWEntertainment Weekly reports another addition to the cast of spy/thriller pilot Nomads. The drama is about a group of back-packers who agree to work for the CIA for extra money. The pilot is being developed for The CW by Tony Scott, Ridley Script with the script by Ken Sanzel. Already on board the project is actor Scott Porter of Friday Night Lights fame playing John, a character who agrees to work for the CIA to try and track down his missing brother.

 

 

 

Michaela McManus has now been added to the cast where she’ll play an ‘Army Brat’ who wants to get in the CIA. The actress will be best known for her stint on One Tree Hill and more recently on Law & Order: Special Victims as ADA Kim Greylek. Actor Scott Porter can currently be seen in the Battlestar Galactica prequel series Caprica in the recurring role of Nestor, one of the husbands of Sister Clarice [Polly Walker].
