Adrienne Frantz heading to The Bold and the Beautiful?
Actress Adrienne Frantz is leaving CBS The Young and the Restless but rumour has it she’ll cross over to sister soap The Bold and the Beautiful – something the actress herself has commented on. However, another rumour claims that ABC soap All My Children have approached the actress to join the series.
Could Adrienne Frantz be about to leave The Young and the Restless and rejoin sister soap The Bold and the Beautiful? Adrienne Frantz plays Amber Moore a role she originally played in The Bold and the Beautiful between 1997 to 2005 before reprising the role on sister soap The Young and the Restless in 2006. Now the actress is leaving the soap and rumour has it she’ll be rejoining B&B. On Frantz’s Facebook page she has announced that she’ll be returning to the Bold and the Beautiful – but a spokesperson for the CBS soap told Soap Central that no contract had been signed – yet. Frantz’s character of Amber will feee Genoa City, where Y&R is set, in an upcoming storyline and head to California where B&B is set – in Los Angeles.
In another twist to the story though Michael Logan of TV Guide reports that Adrienne Frantz has been approached by the bosses of ABC soap All My Children. Producers have approached Frantz to take on the role of Bianca Montgomery – earlier this year previous Bianca actress Eden Riegel announced she was joining The Young and the Restless as Heather Stevens. The departure of Riegel from All My Children prompted bosses to state they were intending on recasting the actress – so will Adrienne Frantz be the new Bianca? Or will she return to The Bold and the Beautiful?
