Date set for Susan Lucci’s return to All My Children

 

The date for Susan Lucci’s return to ABC daytime soap All My Children as Erica Kane has been set. The actress, an original cast member on the soap, has been absent from the serial since July.

The date for the return of Walt Willey and Susan Lucci’s return to ABC daytime soap All My Children has been set. Lucci plays diva, and original character, Erica Kane on the ABC soap while Willey plays Jackson Montgomery – the two have been absent from All My Children since July. The characters were written out of the soap as they departed on pre-wedding honeymoon but they’ll be shortly returning to Pine Valley.

However, fans of the soap will have to wait another month for their on-screen return – they shall first return in October. Actress Susan Lucci usually takes time off from the soap during its summer months but has been absent for longer than usual. However, when the soap moved production from New York to Los Angeles its believed part of the deal to keep the actress on the soap was to give her more time off.
