Actress Kimberlin Brown is to appear in the ABC daytime soap All My Children; the actress will play a Judge presiding over the David Hayward murder trial. The role will be a short stint on the soap for the actress who has appeared in many daytime shows. Brown began her daytime career at the CBS soap The Young and the Restless were she played the deranged Shelia Carter. In 1992 Brown crossed over to sister soap The Bold and the Beautiful as Shelia becoming a regular cast member on the soap but still making infrequent appearances on The Young and the Restless as well.

Brown then appeared, in 1999, in the now defunct soap Another World and the General Hospital spin-off, Port Charles – now also cancelled. In 2002 she reprised her role of Shelia on The Bold and the Beautiful and memorably killed off the character of Taylor (Hunter Tylo) and shot Brooke Forrester (Katherine Kelly Lang), for clip see here >>. The character of Taylor was returned from the dead, again played by Hunter Tylo, several years later. Brown then joined ABC soap One Life to Live as Paige Miller remaining with the show until 2005 when she reprised the role of Shelia once more on The Young and the Restless.

Kimberlin Brown will make her first appearance on All My Children on 18th October.
