A Character previously believed to be dead will make a shocking return to Hollyoaks – it has been announced. Badboy Warren Fox (Jamie Lomas) is heading back to Hollyoaks despite seemingly being killed off in May 2009. It was believed that Warren perished in a fire at club The Loft which was started by Warren’s long-standing rival/enemy Clare Devine (Gemma Bissix) in a final act of revenge against him. However, new Hollyoaks producer Paul Marquess has decided to resurrect the character and Warren will return to the village determined to get back the club – which he believes is rightfully his.
Warren first appeared in Hollyoaks in 2006 and was quickly established as the soaps new badboy character. While Clare and Warren originally had an affair they soon became long-standing rivals despite – for a while – jointly owning The Loft together. The two’s rivalry led Clare to eventually kidnap Warren’s sister, Katy though she was safely recovered from her. Warren’s first stint in Hollyoaks also saw him responsible for several deaths such as Sean Kennedy and later Louise (Roxanne McKee).
Warren’s return to the Channel Four soap is expected to happen on-screen by the end of the year.
