Actress Ashley Jones has been dropped to recurring status on The Bold and the Beautiful. Jones plays Bridget Forrester in the CBS soap having joined the in 2004 and been involved in several memorable storylines since then. Ashley Jones will continue to play Bridget in The Bold and the Beautiful but from December no longer on a contract basis – instead she’ll appear as and when the storyline dictates. Jones also recently appeared in the pilot for a remake of the 1970s detective drama The Rockford Files.
