NBC has effectively cancelled J.J Abrams spy drama Undercovers following disappointing ratings. NBC will air several more episodes of the drama before removing it from the schedules in early December leaving three episodes remaining to be aired. It is unclear whether NBC will air these episodes at a later date or if at all. Despite the show being produced by J.J Abrams it has failed to take off with audiences suffering from low ratings. It starred British actress Gugu-Mbatha Raw (Bonekickers, Doctor Who) and Boris Kodjoe, Gerald McRaney and Ben Schwartz. The last episode of Undercovers schedule to air will be its tenth on Wednesday 1st December.
