Million Pound Drop returns for Christmas as Channel 4 announces festive programmes
Channel 4 has revealed today this year’s television treats for us, which includes a special run of The Million Pound Drop.
The Million Pound Drop, which has been a ratings winner for Channel 4 is back with a special run over 4 consecutive nights during the Christmas period. Another key programme include Kirstie and Phil’s Perfect Christmas as they plan to bring a perfect Christmas for all.
There will also be special nights for two of Channel 4’s most loved comedies. Peep Show and Father Ted fans will be in for a treat as you can spend a night in catching up on some classic episodes. Jamie Oliver will be serving up some best Christmas bits, and Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall brings a festive River Cottage to our screens. More Come Dine With Me celebrity specials are also on the menu. Alan Carr is back with an extended series of his chat show, along with a Christmas special and Chris Moyles’ Quiz Night also has a Christmas special featuring Pamela Anderson.
As we near the new year, Jimmy Carr is back for The Big Fat Quiz Of The Year, and Alex Zane hosts a two hour special of Rude Tube, counting down the top 100 best clips of 2010.
