Nathan Fillion would return to One Life to Live

In an interview with The Hollywood Reporter Castle actor Nathan Fillion has revealed he would love to return to the ABC daytime soap One Life to Live.

 

In an interview with The Hollywood Reporter Castle actor Nathan Fillion has revealed he would love to return to the ABC daytime soap One Life to Live. The actor played the role of Joey Buchanan between 1994 and 1997 in the daytime soap and reprised his role in 2007 for two episodes including its 10,000th. However, the role has since been re-cast as Fillion has made a name for himself with prime-time roles such as Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Firefly, Desperate Housewives and now in ABC’s Castle. Despite his prime-time success though the actor has revealed, jokingly perhaps, he would love to return to the ABC soap.

 

I would  love to go back to One Life to Live. They just got a new Joey, the character I played, so I would love to go back and just do a walk-on where Joey’s in the middle of something super serious, [acts out bumping into him] and says, “Oh, hey. Sorry,” and then just keep waking. I would love to do that. – Nathan Fillion speaking to the Hollywood Reporter
