Video messages also came from rapper Snoop Dogg and Canadian Prime Minister Stephen Harper. Coronation Street, which is shown in many countries around the world is popular with Canadian audiences. British Prime Minister David Cameron also congratulated the team on a milestone in British broadcasting. The party is said to have gone on until 2am, with cast and crew congratulating each other. The live episode on Thursday was seen by more than 14 million people.
