The BBC revival of the classic drama opened on Sunday evening with 7.4 million viewers but Monday evening’s episode lost a sizable 800,000 viewers with 6.6 million viewers returning. However, last night’s final part of Upstairs Downstairs saw some viewers return as audiences rose to 7 million viewers.
