Fans of Emmerdale are unimpressed that the two characters who die in the forthcoming fire have been accidentally revealed.

Emmerdale bosses have promised fans that two characters will die in the fire which will take hold in the village on Thursday. Speculation amongst fans has been high as to whom the two fatalities will be. Many believe that exiting actress Deena Payne, who plays village gossip Viv, will be one of the casualties.

 

However, it seems as though the plot has been ruined because the two characters who die in the fire have been named in a television listings magazine. The plot for the day after the fire in one magazine reads “The village pays tribute to ********* and ********”. ATV Today will NOT spoil the plot by revealing the names of those who died.

 

The accidental reveal of the names comes after The Archers bosses Vanessa Whitburn slipped up during an interview over the Radio Four’s 60th anniversary. Whitburn confirmed the death of Nigel (Graham Seed) to listeners before backtracking because the episode where his death was confirmed hadn’t aired yet.
