Ugly Betty actress America Ferrera has landed a role in the CBS drama The Good Wife.

 

Ugly Betty actress America Ferrera has landed a role in the CBS drama The Good Wife. The award winning actress will appear in at least three episodes of the legal drama. According to Hollywood Reporter Ferrera will play Natalie, a graduate student who romantically catches the eye of Eli (Alan Cumming). Also guest starring in The Good Wife will be Jerry Stiller as the shows latest judge.

 

America Ferrera’s role in The Good Wife marks the actress first major part since the finale of the ABC comedy/drama Ugly Betty. The series was cancelled by ABC because of low ratings after four years.
