Twin PeaksAmerican drama Psych could be planning a second tribute episode to the 1990s David Lynch saga Twin Peaks. Last year the drama paid tribute to the surreal Lynch series in an episode which paid homage to the drama’s main story ‘Who Killed Laura Palmer’. The special episode featured numerous nods to Twin Peaks and also appearances by seven cast members of the 1990s drama; Sheryl Lee, Dana Ashbrook, Robin Lively, Lenny Von Dohlen, Catherine Coulson, Sherilyn Fenn and Ray Wise. Now Entertainment Weekly are reporting that a second tribute episode could be in the works.

“Hopefully, we’ll get a chance to do some kind of revisiting of the episode. I know James [Roday] is thinking about it. I know he and Steve [Franks, creator and executive producer] had talked about it. Hopefully we can make it happen.” – Dule Hill talking to Entertainment Weekly.

Twin Peaks ran on ABC for two seasons but once it resolved its main story-arc ‘Who Killed Laura Palmer’ ratings began to drop and the series was cancelled. David Lynch put together a prequel movie Fire Walk With Me. Amongst the other stars of Twin Peaks were Kyle MacLachlan, Joan Chen, Piper Laurie, Peggy Lipton, James Marshall, Lara Flynn Boyle, Michael Ontkean and David Duchovny.
