The Bold and the Beautiful has confirmed that actress Sarah Brown has been dropped from the regular cast of the CBS soap.

The Bold and the Beautiful has confirmed that actress Sarah Brown has been dropped from the regular cast of the CBS soap. The actress will continue to appear on B&B, as Agnes Jones, in a recurring capacity. The confirmation of her departure from the regular cast comes after the soap revealed its brand new opening titles in which the actress was absent from – fans immediately began to speculate that Brown had been dropped from the regular cast. Only contracted cast appear in the opening titles for soaps in America.

Actress Sarah Brown joined the cast of The Bold and the Beautiful in November 2009 having previously appeared in ABC’s General Hospital as Claudia Zacchara. ABC freed Brown from her contract early in order for her to join the cast of B&B. While she has been dropped from the regular cast a spokesperson for B&B insisted that the actress will continue to make appearances.
