Syfy orders second season of Being Human
Syfy has re-commissioned its supernatural drama Being Human, based on the British series of the same name, for a second series.
Deadline reports that Syfy has re-commissioned its Being Human remake for a second series. The series is based on the BBC drama, of the same name, created by Toby Whithouse. Being Human launched on Syfy with nearly 2 million viewers giving the broadcaster its best series launch since Battlestar Galactica in 2005. The remake stars Sam Witwer, Meaghan Rath, Sam Huntington and Mark Pellegrino as three flatmates with supernatural abilities. The renewal of Being Human by Syfy comes hotly on the news that in the UK the BBC has ordered a fourth season of the supernatural drama.
