Soap Casting Couch – Who Would You Cast?

Following last week’s news that former Eldorado actress Polly Perkins is to join the cast of EastEnders we’re asking you who would cast in a soap (not just EastEnders) if you got the chance.

Who would you have walk of the Cobbles of Weatherfield, drink a pint in the Woolpack, seek treatment at the Mill Health Centre or settle in Hollyoaks? In recent years all the UK soaps have moved towards bringing in established actors such as Pauline Quirke, Glynis Barber, Michelle Collins, Heather Chasen and slightly further back Sir Ian McKellen.

So this is your chance to dream a little and suggest a few actors you’d like to see appear in EastEnders, Doctors, Coronation Street, Emmerdale, Hollyoaks or Neighbours and Home & Away.
