Strictly Come Dancing celebrity contestants revealed
The BBC has announced the new celebrities taking part in the ninth series of Strictly Come Dancing.
Former footballer Robbie Savage and The One Show presenter Alex Jones lead this year’s line-up for the dancing show which launches this Saturday. Daybreak sports presenter Dan Lobb, McFly singer Harry Judd and Waterloo Road actress Chelsee Healey will also be taking to the dancefloor.
They will be joined by laywer Nancy Dell’Olio, impressionist comedian Rory Bremner, singer and former Neighbours actress Holly Valance, EastEnders legend Antia Dobson, astrologer Russell Grant, singer Lulu, former MP Edwina Currie, boxer Audley Harrison and singer Jason Donovan.
The celebrities will find out on Saturday which professional dancer they will be paired with for the competition. They will then take to the floor for the first time and perform as a group.
Strictly Come Dancing airs this Saturday, 6.10pm on BBC One
