The Vampire Diaries ratings

Ratings for the latest episodes of The CW supernatural dramas The Vampire Diaries and The Secret Circle.

The Vampire Diaries saw its ratings rise against last week and in the 18-49 demo it outperformed struggling dramas Charlie’s Angels and Prime Suspect – both of which have under performed for their respective broadcasters since their launch. The latest episode of The Vampire Diaries had 2.8 million viewers with a 1.4 18-49 rating. Companion series The Secret Circle meanwhile held steady on last week with 1.8 million viewers and a 0.8 18-49 rating. Earlier this week The CW picked up The Secret Circle (along with Ringer and Hart of Dixie) for a full series.
