Young Apprentice ends with 4.3 million viewers

BBC One show returns to ratings victory.

Lord Sugar’s hunt for his Young Apprentice concluded last night, attracting 4.3 million viewers.

The business reality programme had suffered in November being beaten by ITV 1’s I’m A Celebrity, but last nights final came out on top against weaker opposition in the 9.00pm slot.

The final two young candidates, James McCullagh and Zara Brownless had to create a new game with an accompanying viral video. Zara was crowned the winner of the competition and now has access to a £25,000 fund to begin their business career.

Young Apprentice is due back next year along with the adult version. Tom Pellereau was crowned the winner of the latest adult version back in July.
