The celebrities taking part in the new series of Dancing on Ice include Dallas actress Charlene Tilton, fitness guru Rosemary Conley and singer Chesney Hawkes.
ITV has revealed the new line-up for this year’s series of Dancing on Ice which will launch on Sunday 8th January. The new series of the dancing competition will see a few changes with Holly Willoughby replaced as co-presenter by former Daybreak host Christine Bleakley who will present the series alongside Phillip Schofield. The line-up of judges has also changed with Emma Bunton and Jason Gardiner both having left the series; Louie Spence is a new judge.
As for the line-up of celebrity contestant themselves well some have long been rumoured to be taking part. Dallas actress Charlene Tilton – who played Lucy Ewing, dubbed the ‘Poison Dwarf’ by Terry Wogan, in the legendary 1980s soap – is amongst the celebrities and has been rumoured to have been in the new series for some time. Competing alongside Tilton will be former Brookside actress Jennifer Ellison, Hollyoaks actress Jorgie Porter (Theresa McQueen in the C4 soap), EastEnders actress Laila Morse (Big Mo in the BBC One soap), Corrie actor Andrew Whyment (Kirk in the ITV soap) and Emmerdale actor Matthew Wolfenden .
Hollywood actor Corey Feldman (The Lost Boys), Sugababe Heidi Range and singer Chesney Hawkes are also amongst the hopefuls. Fitness guru Rosemary Conley, presenters Sam Nixon, Andy Akinwolere and Mark Rhodes are also taking part. And Sebastien Foucan and Chemmy Alcott are also hopefuls in this series of Dancing on Ice.
