Britney Spears rejects X Factor offer?

Popstar Britney Spears has apparently rejected an offer of $10 million to become a judge on X Factor USA.

Simon Cowell is searching for two new judges after Paula Abdul and Nicola Scherzinger were both axed following the first series. Host Steve Jones has also been dropped from the show following a poor reception.

It is claimed online that Spears wanted up to $20 million for a role on the FOX show. X Factor USA, which is also shown in the UK on ITV 2, is due back for its second series in September.
