NBC renews Grimm for second series
Grimm has reportedly been renewed for a second series by NBC.
TVLine is reporting that NBC has renewed the dark detective fantasy series for a second season. The move is hardly surprising given Grimm‘s decent performance for NBC in the notoriously difficult Friday evening slot – dubbed the “grave-yard” slot by some.
Grimm is the first new show to be renewed by NBC though it is expected that musical drama Smash will also be given second orders. NBC’s other new shows of the season have all flopped; The Playboy Club, Prime Suspect and Free Agents amongst them.
In the UK Grimm airs on digital channel Watch.
