Sky Atlantic acquires UK rights to Awake

Sky Atlantic has acquired the UK rights to new American drama Awake starring Jason Isaacs.

{jcomments on}The fantasy drama airs on NBC in America and revolves around Isaac’s character of a detective who finds himself living in two parallel worlds. The drama launched on NBC in March but has not met with high ratings and is tipped for cancellation after recent episodes pulled in 18-49 ratings of just 1.0. The series also stars BD Wong, Michaela McManus and Laura Allen. Awake will launch on Sky Atlantic later this year.
