Bob Costas to lead NBC's Olympic coverage

Bob Costas will lead NBC’s coverage of the 2012 London Olympic Games.
Costas will present prime-time coverage of the games from London. He will also be part of the team for the opening ceremony which takes place on 27th July. This will be his 9th Olympic games as host, including summer and winter games.
Al Michaels, who hosted daytime coverage at the Vancouver Olympic Winter Games, and Dan Patrick, making his Olympic hosting debut, will host NBC’s live weekday and weekend daytime coverage, and Mary Carillo will once again host the NBC late night show.
Additionally, American Idol host Ryan Seacrest, tennis legend John McEnroe, famed gymnastics coach Bela Karolyi, and Carillo, broadcasting her 11^th Olympic Games, will serve as Olympic correspondents during primetime coverage on NBC.
