Four actors set to exit Days of our Lives

There looks set to be another exodus from Salem as four actors have been dropped by NBC soap Days of our Lives.

Just days after the announcement that head-writers Marlene McPherson and Darrell Ray Thomas Jr had been replaced on Days of our Lives comes the news that four actors have been dropped the cast. The last remaining NBC soap is set for another cast shake up it would seem as the new regime stamps in mark – and quickly too!

Soap Opera Digest reports that actors Matthew Ashford (Jack Deveraux), Patrick Muldoon (Austin Reed), Christine Clark (Carrie Brady) and Sarah Brown (Madison James) have all been dropped and will make their exits from Days of our Lives shortly. Fans will be left wondering if any other Salem residents will be giving their marching orders in the coming weeks.
