Fearne Cotton, Greg James to present Hackney Weekend

Fearne Cotton and Greg James have been named as the main presenters for BBC Three’s coverage of  Radio 1‘s Hackney Weekend.
Described as one of Radio 1’s ‘biggest ever music events’, Hackney Weekend will be live on radio and television on 23rd and 24th June. Rap artist Jay-Z and Rihanna will headline the event.
Fearne and Greg will present live coverage from Hackney Marshes. Gemma Cairney also forms part of the presenting line-up as a roving reporter in the field.
As well as BBC Three coverage, Radio 1’s Hackney Weekend will be broadcast live on BBC Radio 1 and BBC Radio 1Xtra, with a major interactive presence and many of the live performances made available online to watch on demand and on the BBC Red Button.

BBC Three will also have coverage of other summer festivals including T in the Park and the Reading and Leeds festival.
