The Kumars at No. 42 returning for new series

Comedy chat-show The Kumars at No. 42 is returning for a brand new series,

The comedy is being revived by Sky One six years after it went off-air. TV Biz reports that The Kumars at No. 42 will air a new series on Sky One later this year with the original cast returning including Meera Syal and Sanjeev Bhaskar.

The series will once again see celebrities join the Kumars who have been forced to downsize because of the ‘credit crunch’ and are now in a flat. The Kumars at No. 42 originally ran on BBC Two between 2001 and 2006 clocking up 53 episode across its run.
