Sarah Jessica Parker and Kate Hudson to join Glee

Sarah Jessica Parker and Kate Hudson are to join Glee for its fourth season.

The musical comedy was renewed by Fox, officially, for a fourth season and now details are emerging about what the new season will entail. The hottest gossip about the new series comes from Fox’s entertainment president Kevin Reilly who has announced that Sarah Jessica Parker and Kate Hudson will both join the cast for a number of episodes. Ricky Martin is also expected to return for the fourth season though that has yet to be officially confirmed.

Reilly also revealed the fourth season would feature a “show-within-a-show” as several characters graduate and go to a Performing Arts school in New York – and that part of Glee will likely feature Chris Colfer, Lea Michelle and Cory Monteith. Glee will also introduce a slate of new characters for the fourth season.
