TV executive Jim Paratore dies aged 58

Creator of Ellen DeGeneres show has died at the age of 58.
Jim Paratore died after suffering a heart attack on Tuesday while on holiday in France. Fellow executives and personalities have been paying tribute to him. Ellen, who he championed when she came out as gay in 1997, paid her respects via Twitter.

He was also the co-founder of TMZ entertainment website, which rose to fame in recent years with being first with ‘shock’ celebrity news and pictures.
He was also a key part  other successful shows such as Rosie O’Donnell Show,  The Bachelor and Judge Mathis. TMZ said in an article: “Everyone at TMZ was touched by Jim’s brilliance and the loss is great and painful.”
