Fox Reveal Return Date For Fringe

Fox has revealed it’s Autumn/Fall premier dates which include return dates for Fringe, Touch, Bones and Glee and launch dates for new shows such as The Mob Doctor.

The broadcaster has revealed the list of dates for when returning shows are back and new show’s launch. Fox’s Autumn/Falls season will kick off on Wednesday 12th September with the second season of The X Factor which will look slightly different to the first series as Paula Abdul and Nicole Scherzinger have been replaced by Britney Spears and Demi Lovato. There will also be a new presenter for the talent series following the departure of Steve Jones.

Musical comedy Glee will return for its fourth on Thursday 13th September at 9pm; the new series may look very different to previous seasons as some cast members will only feature in a “show-within-a-show” segment. The 8th season of Bones will kick off on Monday 17th September at 8pm; but will it be its last? Cast member David Boreanaz has recently hinted it may well be though such claims have been denied by its creator Hart Hanson. New drama The Mob Doctor will premier after Bones at 9pm.

Also of interest to our readers will be the return date for the fifth and final season of Fringe. The quirky drama starring Joshua Jackson, Anna Torv and John Noble will begin its last run on Friday 28th September at 9pm; so no move out of the “grave-yard” slot for Fringe in its final season. Fringe will get some company on Friday evenings from the 26th October when Kiefer Sutherland drama Touch returns for its season two premier.
