Danielle Lloyd says be Scouse and Proud
Lambrini girls just want to have fun, so the commercial says, but the Merseyside based beverage also thinks its time for a touch of classy fashion too.
She’s admitted feeling self-conscious about her body in the past. But Danielle Lloyd re-discovered her confidence earlier this month as she poses for a new Lambrini ‘Scouse and Proud’ fashion campaign.
28-year-old model Lloyd teamed up with one of her home city’s hottest new designers to create this unique set of photographs for Liverpool drinks’ brand, Lambrini.
“Danielle shows off her enviable figure in five hand-crafted Miss Francesca Couture dresses – colour coordinated to represent Lambrini’s delicious Cherry, Peach, Apple and Blackcurrant, Rosé and Original flavours.” A spokesperson said.
The pictures coincided with London Fashion Week and to support Merseyside’s very own Liverpool Fashion Week.
Danielle says: “I had so much fun working with Lambrini on this shoot because it was all about a place close to my heart – Liverpool!
“It’s about saying ‘we’re Scouse, we’re proud and we love fashion.”
Designer Francesca, is already a firm favourite with Britain’s most photographed celebs, providing hand-made pieces for stars including – Amy Childs, Brooke Vincent, Lauren Goodger, Chloe Sims and Cara Kilby.
Brand Manager Lorna Tweed says: “Lambrini prides itself on celebrating and empowering women, and working with Danielle on this campaign has allowed us to spread that message. Being a ‘Lambrini girl’ is all about loving who you are.”
