Marc Elliott lands West End play role
Marc Elliott has landed a part in a West End theatre production after leaving his role as EastEnders’ Syed Masood.
Elliott is to star in Stephen Belber play Tape at the Trafalgar Studios in Whitehall, London.
Actress Kate Loustau and former Hollyoaks star Darren Bransford will join Elliott in the play, which starts its run on October 10th.
Tape is a high stakes and suspenseful exploration of memory, truth and perception, featuring the reunion between two high school friends who previously dated the same woman.
Earlier this month it was confirmed that Elliott was to leave EastEnders alongside on-screen partner John Partridge, who plays Christian Clarke. The pair are expected to bow out in dramatic scenes which will air in November.
