James Sutton reprises Hollyoaks role
James Sutton is reprising his role as Hollyoaks‘ John Paul McQueen, Digital Spy reports.
While storyline details for John Paul’s return have not yet been revealed, it is thought he will arrive back in time for Christmas and remain with the show for the forseeable future.
Sutton previously played the role between 2006 and 2008 and amassed legions of fans after his character began a relationship with Craig Dean (Guy Burnet).
After leaving Hollyoaks, Sutton had a starring role in ITV1’s Emmerdale as Ryan Lamb, a role he played for two years from 2009 until 2011.
Hollyoaks airs Mon-Fri at 6.30pm on Channel 4.
