Stand Up To Cancer raises £6.5m
Over £6 million was raised by Channel 4’s Stand Up To Cancer last night.
The broadcaster aired its new fundraiser between 7.30pm and midnight, raising a total of £6,483,995 for cancer charities.
Hosted by Davina McCall, Alan Carr and Dr. Christian the show was watched by an average of 1.2m viewers.

Donations for Stand Up To Cancer are still open and you can vote by calling 0300 123 4444 (until 19th November), online at Channel4.com/su2c or via text by texting FIVE (to donate 5 pounds) or TEN (to donate ten pounds) to 70404 until 30th November.
100% of your donation goes to the SU2C campaign administered by Cancer Research UK.
