One Direction host ‘biggest Today Show concert ever’

One Direction took to the stage at Rockefeller Plaza today for which fans had camped out on the street since last week.


The band sang three songs for the Today Show, one of the biggest breakfast shows in America, broadcast on NBC. This is the second time in a year that the group have performed as part of the shows ‘Concert Series’.
The band announced that they are to star in their own 3D movie which is expected to premier next summer.
The Today Show was recently overtaken in the ratings by its main rival ABC’s Good Morning America.
