BBC releases EastEnders Christmas trailer

The BBC have today released a new trailer to promote EastEnders over the festive period.
The trailer has the tagline “secrets aren’t safe” and “time is running out” as Alfie is to finally discover the identity of Kat’s mystery lover, while Derek is expected to ruin the Branning’s Christmas by revealing Max’s secret to the rest of the family.
It shows a furious Alfie breaking down the door of the bedsit – the venue for Kat’s illicit activities – to confront his wife, and an anguished Kat begging Alfie not to give up on her. The trailer also features several tense looking members of the Branning family in the run-up to Max and Tanya’s wedding.
