Sir Bruce Forsyth 'not going to retire'
Sir Bruce Forsyth has vowed that he won’t retire from television as the 10th series of Strictly Come Dancing ends.
The legenedary television presenter has addressed speculation that he could retire at the age of 84. Speaking to the Mail on Sunday, Forsyth insisted that he has no intention of stepping away from the camera just yet.
“I am certainly not going to retire – that is the last thing on my mind. It is the buzz of working that keeps me going. It’s that wonderful feeling.
Although I’m 84, I still get the adrenaline rush walking on to the studio floor for Strictly. I just hope I never run out of adrenaline.” – Sir Bruce
Sir Bruce has been a fixture on television since the 1950s and has hosted such shows as Strictly, The Generation Game, The Price Is Right and Play Your Cards Right.
