Start your evening at 9.00pm with fun and frolics from Alan Carr. The camp comedian is joined by a host of celebrity guests including Jonathan Ross, Jimmy Carr and Christine Bleakley. X Factor star of 2012, Rylan Clark, will be putting in an appearence as Alan Carr gets the nation ready to party.

2012: A Funny Old Year, 9.00pm, ITV1
A group of stand-up comics led by Jason Manford discuss the big events of the year. This year seen the Olympic and Paralympic Games and the Diamond Jubilee celebrations, with many events happening, there is more then enough material for the comedians to mull over.

New Year Live, 11.40pm, BBC One
Gabby Logan is live in central London as the nation awaits the chimes of Big Ben to ring in 2013. There will be a spectacular fireworks display at the London Eye on the south bank.

House Party: NYE, 11.50pm, Channel 4
Channel 4 will treat the nation to a selection of commercial free top DJs playing the hottest tunes until 6.00am. DJs Annie Mac, Frankie Knuckles, Norman Jay, Hercules and the Love Affair, Charlie Sloth and Toddla T Sound will be on hand for you to party in your living room.
