Jim Davidson talks about Celebrity Big Brother
The comedian Jim Davidson has spoken for the first time about Celebrity Big Brother.
Davidson was forced to pull out of the show last week following his arrest on suspicion of sexual abuse. He was later bailed by the Met Police but producers of the reality show are said it have agreed with Davidson it was best he did not take part in the new series which began on Thursday.
Writing on his official blog, the former Big Break presenter said “It looks a fun show. Shame I missed it. Maybe next time.”
He was replaced at the eleventh hour by former footballer Neil ‘Razor’ Ruddock who had previously been a contestant in I’m A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here! in 2004.
Celebrity Big Brother continues nightly on Channel 5. UPDATE: Davidson was innocent of any allegations made.
