BBC America Confirm Doctor Who Return Date
BBC America has confirmed season seven of Doctor Who will resume on Saturday 30th March.
The veteran sci-fi series will return from its extended hiatus with the remaining episodes of its seventh season during the Easter Weekend. The characters of Madame Vastra (Neve McIntosh), Jenny (Catrin Stewart) and Strax (Dan Starkey) are also set to appear in the remaining episodes.
Confirmed writers include Steven Moffat, Neil Cross, Mark Gatiss, Stephen Thompson and Neil Gaiman will be penning his Rsecond episode following his hugely successful episode The Doctor’s Wife. The Cybermen are confirmed as returning, for Neil Gaiman’s episode, while the Ice Warriors and Zygons are rumoured to feature in the episodes.
