George R.R Martin Signs Development Deal with HBO
Game of Thrones author George R.R Martin has signed a two-year development deal with HBO.
Deadline reports that the acclaimed author has signed the two year deal with HBO that will see him develop and produce new shows for the broadcaster. In addition to that Martin will continue as co-executive producer on the awesome Game of Thrones.
The author pens one episode of Games per season and the upcoming third season is no different. In January Martin revealed the title of his season three episode will be “Autumn Storms”.
Fans of Game of Thrones though may not welcome the news entirely; they are keen for more books in the series and will be concerned his new development deal will delay future releases.
