All My Children and One Life to Live Shooting Schedules Revealed
The production schedules for revived soap operas All My Children and One Life to Live have been revealed.
Soaps in Depth reveal that All My Children will film episodes at Stamford, Connecticut from late February. The former ABC daytime soap will film for two weeks before taking a break during which One Life to Live will film episodes at the studios. After five weeks OLTL will take a break and AMC will resume filming.
A source told Soaps in Depth “They’ll be alternating back and forth until each show has completed 17 weeks of taping. Everyone is looking forward to seeing each other again.” It is unknown what will happen production wise once each soap has completed 17 weeks of taping; whether they will both go on hiatus or move to new studios.
Confirmed as returning to All My Children are Cady McClain, David Canary, Jordi Vilasuso, Jill Larson, Thorsten Kaye, Darnell Williams, Debbi Morgan, Lindsay Hartley and Vincent Irizarry. It has been reported, but not confirmed, that Susan Lucci has agreed to reprise her iconic role of Erica Kane for a single episode. Meanwhile Michael E Knight, Cameron Mathison and Alicia Minshew have all stated the door has been left open for future returns for them.
Reprising their respective roles on One Life to Live will be Erika Slezak, Jerry verDorn, Robin Strasser Tuc Watkins, Robert S. Woods, Kassie DePaiva, Florencia Lozano, Melissa Archer, Hilary B. Smith, Kelley Missal, Josh Kelly and Andrew Trishchitta while Sean Ringgold, Shenaz Treasury and Nick Choksi will have recurring roles.
The new episodes, of both soaps, will be available via the free Hulu.com service as well as iTunes.
