NCIS Dominates Tuesdays, Cult Continues With Low Ratings
NCIS once again dominated the Tuesday evenings while the future doesn’t look bright for The CW’s new drama series Cult starring Matt Davis as ratings remain low.
At 8pm on CBS NCIS predictably won the hour with 20.4 million viewers and a 3.4 18-49 rating. On ABC Celebrity Wife Swap had a decent outing with 7 million viewers and a 2.4 rating. Fox’s Raising Hope double bill pulled in 3.5 million and 3.1 million respectively with 18-49 ratings of 1.5 and 1.4. Betty White on NBC, a double bill, had 4.5 million and 4.3 million with 18-49 ratings of 1.3. Hart of Dixie on The CW meanwhile had 1.4 million with a 0.6 18-49 rating.
At 9pm NCIS: Los Angeles comfortably won the hour with 16.8 million viewers and a 2.9 18-49 rating. New Girl on Fox pulled in 4.2 million viewers with a 2.3 rating followed by The Mindy Project with 3.1 million and a 1.6 18-49 rating. NBC’s Go On pulled in 3.1 million viewers giving it a 1.1 rating followed by Ryan Murphy comedy The New Normal which rose slightly to 2.6 million and a 1.0 18-49 rating. Meanwhile freshman drama Cult on The CW had just 880,000 viewers with a 0.3 18-49 rating; how long before its yanked from the schedule?
At 10pm the premier of Golden Boy on CBS delivered a decent 10.4 million viewers with a 1.8 18-49 rating. ABC drama Body of Proof, starring Dana Delany and Jeri Ryan, had 6.3 million viewers with a 1.2 18-49 rating. NBC’s Smash continued its fall towards cancellation with 3 million viewers and a 0.9 rating.
