Jonathan Joyce joins UTV

Jonathan Joyce has been appointed as Sales Director for UTV based in Dublin with responsibility for further developing UTV’s television revenues in the Republic of Ireland.

Nigel Robbins, Group Commercial Director, UTV Media plc says: “As we look to fortify UTV’s position in an increasingly competitive market, I am delighted that Jonathan is joining us in this key leadership role to further drive sales in the Republic of Ireland with the dynamic team in our Dublin office.”

Jonathan has a wealth of media experience backed up by a proven track record of highly accomplished management, most recently as Broadcast Director at Magna Ireland. He has also worked with UM, Mediavest Ireland and Young EuroRSCG across a broad range of blue chip clients including Coca Cola, Tesco, Mars Ireland, Microsoft, Diageo, Kerryfoods, O2, and Bulmers over the past 15 years.

UTV is the broadcaster and production company for ITV Northern Ireland, and has provided a service to the area since 1959.
