Mick Norcross quits TOWIE

Mick Norcross has told The Sun that he is quitting ITV 2 reality show The Only Was Is Essex.

The owner of the Sugar Hut nightclub has quit after the show has portrayed his club in a ‘bad light’, with one regular on the show calling the girls at the club “slags.”

“Allowing the Sugar Hut Honeys to be called slags is the final straw. I would never allow that to happen in my venue. I’ve had enough. I’m out.” – Mick Norcross speaking to The Sun

The BAFTA winning reality show has been suffering from a recent backlash from some of its biggest stars who claim ‘manipulation’ from the producers of the show, with some accusing it of being ‘fake’.
